For something for the wine-connoisseur’s palate, the Luca Ricci farm and winery in Collalto di Susegana is less than a twenty minute drive from the villa. Located on the acclaimed ”Strada del Vino Bianco” (the white wine road), this bucolic setting is perfect for a relaxing day in nature sipping a variety of famous wines of the region.

An hour’s drive from Padova, Treviso and Venice, the 2,500 sq. m. property complete with a sprawling 18 meter pool, 2 acre garden, former stables and silk granaries lies at the base of the Dolomites so skiing, biking and hiking are opportunities not to miss!

Enter into the high-ceilinged villa to the great hall decorated with swords, statues and other family antiques to find two fantastically spacious living rooms, two dining halls and a fully-equipped modern kitchen designed for exquisite meals prepared by the private chef. It even has a traditional Venetian fireplace and opens to the portico with views of the garden. Ascend the ornate double staircase to the top floor of the main building has a large living room with a cozy fireplace and a family room. The four bedrooms, two complete with frescoes each have a view of the gardens as well as private bathrooms. The other building dating back from the 15th century has four large bedrooms and three bathrooms looking on to the stables. Modernity meets magic with statues, artwork, clean lines and color.
