The villa is a few kilometers from Treviso. Treviso has everything you could want from a mid-sized Veneto city: medieval city walls, lots of charming canals, narrow cobbled streets and frescoed churches. Despite this, Treviso receives few visitors, eclipsed by its more impressive neighbor towns. If you want to experience authentic Veneto life away from the tourist crowds, this is a great place to come. Die-hard sports fans may also find their way here thanks to the city's rugby links.

Though less than an hour from Venice, Padua seems a world away with its medieval marketplaces, Fascist-era facades and student population. Rich in art and architecture, this university town has two particularly outstanding sights. The magnificent Cappella degli Scrovegni, north of the city center, is famous for Giotto’s lyrical frescoes, and forms part of the complex incorporating the Eremitani church and museums. The Basilica di Sant’Antonio is one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations in Italy.

Vicenza is known as the adoptive city of Andrea Palladio, who started out as a stonemason and became one of the most influential architects of all time. One of the wealthiest cities in the region, Vicenza is celebrated over the world for its splendid and varied architecture, which shows the evolution of Palladio’s distinctive style. However, the city is more than just elegant porticoes and balustrades: its dynamic exhibitions, bars and restaurants provide a satisfying dose of modern vibrancy.

The Property

With wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, Property 10730 is set on a glorious hillside just below the Rocca fortress, providing the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most appreciated corners in Northern Italy. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, Property 10730 can accommodate fourteen guests (plus two extra guests in a double sofa bed) featuring eight bedrooms spread over the main house (seven bedrooms) and the dépendance (one bedroom and one double sofa bed).

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden where you will find a magnificent swimming pool and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a calm atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. The property also features generous terraces, al fresco dining areas and al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socializing.

Main House:

Offering an elegant atmosphere, the ground floor of the main house boasts a generous open-plan living and dining area with a large dining table and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating, a large dining room with round table and a well-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay. On the ground floor you will also find two guest bathrooms and an office. The first floor features a living room, a sitting room and a generous terrace.

On the first floor of the main house, you will also find two double bedrooms with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Designed to provide an undisturbed night's sleep, the rooms are spread over two floors. On the second floor of the main house, you will find five comfortable bedrooms: a panoramic double bedroom complete with lounge area, king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; a single room with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Please note that the bathroom of the panoramic bedroom and the single room is the same bathroom. The bathroom is shared but the rooms have separate and independent access to it. On the same floor you will find: a single room; a double bedroom with tatami bed (which is larger than a French bed (this single room and this double bedroom share a bathroom with bathtub located on the same floor); a twin room (which, on request, can be converted into a double bedroom) complete with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Dépendance:

Flooded with natural light and offering an airy atmosphere, the dépendance features a sitting room located on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa and armchairs with plenty of seating. On the first floor you will find a comfortable and bright double bedroom with private bathroom (outside the bedroom, on the same floor) with bathtub. On the same floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy sitting room where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed for two additional guests.
