Property 474 lies in one of the most enchanting and strategic districts of Sicilian region, the Eastern Coast, just fewest km away to the main sites to visits during your stay on the Island: Taormina only 22 km, Etna volcano about 30 km Catania and the Airport at about 55 km, Syracusa, Piazza Armerina and Caltagirone are all about 100 km away. In 10 minutes you can reach the coast, where you'll find some nice beaches nearby (as Fiumefreddo and Marina di Cottone) and several charming fishing villages to have an al fresco dinner with fish and the typical pasta with sea urchin.
The closest village for your shopping is Fiumefreddo at 2km where you'll find all that you need. An 18 holes golf course is about 40 minutes drive away.
Property 474, like the typical noble farmhouses in Southern Italy and Sicily, was built on the proximity of the coast, on a hill, to dominate the estate and to boast the incredible view of the orange trees and, beyond, the blue sea. The main access to this property is on the back by a long path with palms that give you access into this unique scenario.
Outside Property 474 is reached by a long track running thought the organic orange groves and boast a fabulous 360° view. The large and subtly designed pool fits well with the lawned terracing and the buildings. There are plenty of shaded areas for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests are encouraged to make use of herbs, fruits and vegetables from the estate's organic kitchen garden.
Property 474 is composed by three recently restored farmhouses set jus like a small hamlet, completely immersed in a fragrant orange groove. On a side you'll find the romantic infinity pool fully surrounded by a green lawn and farer a carpet of orange trees and so the sea. On the back the view is on the impressive Volcano Etna, that sometimes in the past guests of the villa had the good luck to see during a spectacular eruption.

Accommodation
L’Aranceto consists of three independent apartments, set for large groups up to 18 guests. On request the rental of only a part of the property, holding the exclusivity of the whole villa, could be accorded by the owners. We only rent it for exclusive use so you will never share pool or grounds with other guests. Air conditioning and heating system are available in every bedroom. Outside the houses a laundry room for washing and ironing is at guests disposal. Also a barbecue area with a typical lava-stone table set under a covered pergola with a view on the property, the pool and the sea is ideal for enjoyable al fresco meals.

Cedro has 2 levels. On the ground floor are a large living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a single bedroom. Upstairs are 3 doubles, one twin and one single all sharing 2 bathrooms with showers. Total 10 sleeps

Mandarino is set on one floor with living/dining room, a kitchen, one twin, one double and a bathroom with bath tub. The bedrooms has access to a balcony that runs along the house. Total 4 sleeps

Pompelmo is based on two floor: on the ground floor there is a dining/living area, kitchen and bathroom with shower. On upstairs there is one mezzanine bedroom, a second bathroom with a shower and another bedroom. total 4 sleeps.
