Property 434  is placed in S.Agata, in the heart of the Sorrentino Peninsula, few miles from the center of Sorrento and Positano, the gateway to the Amalfi Coast.

The villa is surrounded by approx. 2,500 m2 of private terrain and is fenced in with a tended to well maintained lawn, flowered garden, barbecue and wood burning stove. Swimming pool (5,5x14) equipped with deck chairs. The pool is located at 80 mt to the main house in a secluded area, ideal for parties with children. 

The sleeping area reflects our philosophy of travel and discovery with furnishings designed to accompany the dreamlike relaxation of our guests. There are five bedrooms: one double room with panoramic window, double bedroom with fireplace and panoramic window, a double room with private bathroom and double panoramic window, a double room with view on the nearby hill and, finally, the manor room with king size bed, hand painted fireplace, panoramic window and private bath with Jacuzzi. Each room has cable flat TV. Two other bathrooms on the floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary experiments with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, toaster, electric kettle.

The ground floor of the villa is occupied by the Hall of Ships, a major study to relax on comfortable sofas surrounded by perfect reconstructions of ancient vessels or take advantage of the PC line and Wi-Fi available for those unwilling to lose any touch with the online world.

The first floor has been designed to fully enjoy the enviable position of Property 434. The large living / dining area is entirely surrounded by panoramic windows wink Isle of Capri: a room chromotherapic, sunny and bright in the morning, rosy and dusk at the sunset. All comforts available: satellite TV 50 inches, fireplace, DVD, stereo.

The lower floor is devoted to leisure (Recreation area): a billiard room with adjoining library and a game room with ping-pong and board games available.

Dependance The side apartment, can accommodate two people and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. (On request is available a further single bed and a pull-out bed). 

The large garage can accommodate up to 4 / 5 cars (NOT suitable for high cars i.e. SUV type, maximum height 1.90). 

Distances: 3 km S. Agata su due Golfi (all kinds of shops), 5 km from the Nerano beach, 6 km from Massa Lubrense, 12 km Sorrento and 15 km Positano.
