The Property
Located in the area of Massa Lubrense, Property 109 provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. The villa has been recently renovated, preserving its rustic style while being equipped with all modern comforts. With spectacular views of the sea, Property 109 can accommodate up to seventeen guests, featuring eight bedrooms (plus one available upon request) spread across the main villa, the dépendance, and the studio.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional swimming pool and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs, inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa features a generous terrace near the entrance, complete with an al fresco dining area and barbecue, an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation.

Main Villa:
On the ground floor of the main villa, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a bright dining area with direct access to the terraces. On the same floor, there is also a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, along with direct access to a terrace. Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the main villa also houses a comfortable double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the first floor of the villa showcases three double bedrooms, one twin room, and one bedroom with a French bed. This floor also includes two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa, except for the bedroom with the French bed on the first floor. Please note that this bedroom is available only upon request, at an additional cost. As such, the main villa is rented with five bedrooms.

Dépendance:
In the dépendance, you will find a comfortable double bedroom, a charming room with bunk beds, and a well-appointed bathroom with a refreshing shower. The dépendance also boasts a spacious veranda-living room, perfect for relaxation and socialising. This area includes a cosy sofa, a dining space for meals and gatherings, and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals while enjoying the serene surroundings.

Studio:
Accessed from the garden, the studio offers a generous living space, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a charming corner kitchen with a dining area, and a cosy single room. The well-appointed bathroom includes a modern shower. Adding to its rustic charm, the studio also boasts a traditional wood-burning oven, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that air conditioning is not available in the dépendance or the studio, but is provided in the main villa for your comfort.
