Surrounded by a lush garden, this elegant villa boasts an exceptional infinity pool and a generous sundeck furnished with comfortable sun loungers. With stunning sea views, the sundeck is the perfect retreat for sunbathing or sipping a cocktail while enjoying the gentle breeze. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa also features a spacious terrace with a large al fresco dining area and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing and socialising. Pool heating (max 28°C) is available on request at an additional cost.

The entrance level features a bright and airy lounge area opening onto a covered terrace with spectacular sea views, as well as a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the main level, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and plush sofas offering ample seating, along with a generous dining area with large glass doors opening onto the panoramic terrace. On the same floor, there is also a guest bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.
