On the Adriatic side from Castro to Santa Maria di Leuca there is the rocky coastline made of cliffs, coastal dunes and wonderful coves. On the Ionian side, from Santa Maria di Leuca to Gallipoli you will find some of the most beautiful sandy beaches such as Marina di Pescoluse, Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto. All these beaches are easily accessible by car. Traveling by car is also a very pleasant experience as the countryside surrounding Specchia is covered with centuries-old olive groves and vineyards.

Santa Maria di Leuca boasts one of the biggest and most fascinating tourist ports in Salento, with 760 mooring places that can accommodate boats up to 40 meters long. The coast, surrounded by Punta Ristola and Punta Meliso, alternates cliffs and beaches, with the characteristic “bagnarole” made of stone. In Leuca, you will also find the fascinating marine caves that can be visited via boats: the marine life and crystal-clear water underneath the caves make them a perfect hotspot for snorkeling and scuba diving.

The city of Gallipoli, Greek for Beautiful City, is a pearl in the blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The port has established it as a maritime town for centuries and it still has an active fishing trade. It was a trade port with ties to Orient, as seen in some of the decorations and touches around town. The elegant old center hints at its once important past.The beaches are known throughout Italy as some of the cleanest around, with colorful rows of umbrellas and bright seafront bars and restaurants decorating them in the summer.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Otranto, a natural bridge between the Mediterranean and the East, and a charming land where the ancient atmosphere of the historic center goes hand in hand with a lively nightlife. In less than forty minutes by car, you can easily reach Gallipoli, whose name means “beautiful city”: before exploring the narrow and paved streets of the historic center, from where you can catch an occasional glimpse of the sea, stop off at the fish market and mingle with the crowds.

Located in Specchia, one of the most charming villages in Salento, this exceptional villa offers rusting yet elegant interiors and Oriental décor. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, this exclusive masseria can accommodate up to ten guests featuring five double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Two extra guests can be accommodated in two extra single beds available on request.

Surrounded by palm trees, orange and lemon trees, the masseria boasts an exceptional pool (which can be heated at an additional cost) and a generous poolside area furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. The garden represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa boasts an exceptional al fresco dining area complete with barbecue and multiple al fresco lounge area for relaxing and socializing.

Flooded with natural light, the interior living space boasts a rustic yet elegant atmosphere featuring large dining room and a light-filled living area. Offering a welcoming atmosphere, the masseria also features a spacious and bright fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay. Offering a calm atmosphere dominated by light colors, two bedrooms have king-size beds, one bedroom has queen-size bed, and two bedrooms have double beds which can be separated into twin beds. In two bedrooms, the ones with king-size bed, a single bed can be added on request. In this case, the villa can accommodate ten guests plus two additional guests in these two single beds. Underfloor cooling system is available in all the bedrooms.
