The Property 10616 is a modern house in the immediate surroundings of the town of Nardò, in the province of Lecce, famous worldwide for its beautiful testimony dating back to the Baroque period. The property is situated just a few meters from another and bigger Masseria that offers to the guests of Property 10616 a set of very exclusive services.

The Villa is set just 4.5 km from the Ionian coast and two kilometres from Nardò - a town full of beautiful Baroque architectures in the province of Lecce - a fifteen km from Gallipoli, well known and lively summer destination, a few minutes from the beach Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio. Set in the heart of the Salento countryside among olive trees, prickly pears and wheat fields in an area subject to environmental constraints, the property spreads in a 2000 square meters garden. The Masseria enjoys a private pool. In the garden the typical Apulian olive trees, fig trees, palm trees, beautiful and colourful bougainvillea plants and colourful flowers spread all around.

The pool has a rectangular shape, long and narrow for pleasant and refreshing swims. The mild climate of the region Apulia allows its use in a very wide period, not only from June to September, but also in May and in October!

The entire property is fully fenced from the typical dry-stone walls and is surrounded by scenic countryside views of Apulian landscape with its olive trees and Mediterranean maquis.

The Property 10616 consists of a main villa and a dependance with separate entrance. You can have access both through a small courtyard.

The main apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Entering from the courtyard you'll have access also to a beautiful veranda overlooking the pool and the elegant solarium area. To the left there is a large living room, connected to a powder room, a lounge area with sofas and a large flat screen TV. The living room gives access through two French windows to the pool area. The living room leads to the master bedroom, consisting of a seating area and a double bed, a large private bathroom with tub and shower. Two windows give you access to the pool on one side and to a private garden. On the right side of the porch you'll have access instead to the dining room, furnished with a very stylish wood and stone table for 8/10 people. On the left there is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens to a shaded area of the garden where is a stylish wooden table raw for "al fresco" dinner. Next to the dining room a small room leads to 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.

From the courtyard next to the doorway you can have access to a 50 square meter annex consisting of a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a small dining area.
