A very dramatic and very manicured manor house in Salento - the most beautiful part of Puglia - quite close to Gallipoli the most lively town in the region.

Salento has a varied landscape that favors carefree and peaceful holidays on endless white beaches such as Porto Cesareo, Fujairah and Pescoluse as well as along the rocky coves of villages such as Otranto, Sant Maria di Leuca.

The foliage and fauna can be quite variable throughout the area and include a variety of perfumes and colors from sage, mint, rosemary, bay, thyme intermittently dotted by prickly pears. The wild landscape is interrupted by a myriad of olive trees and vineyards that balance the panorama reflecting the richness of the region.

The estate was recently, completely and meticulous restored using local natural materials respecting and recreating the original structures bringing it back to its former glory. Today it is a stylish and unique home, whose charm tells the story of Puglia, a meeting place between the East and the Mediterranean. The private gardens are packed with over 2 acres of olive trees, flowers and Mediterranean plants. There is a dreamy lounge area shaded by elegant curtain sails, a sun terrace, outside dining area and fitness area.

The structure surrounds a 17th century tower where on the ground floor you will find a full kitchen with a super interesting induction stove set into the old fireplace, a living and dining room as well as a TV room.

The first floor set in the historic tower reveals two double bedrooms both with terrace access just for the two of them. One faces the crystal sea and the other faces the green Pugliese countryside; both have terrace and common living room access. Each has its own private bathroom with shower stall.

There is an independent apartment on the ground floor of the antic tower with its own private garden area, a sitting room with vaulted ceilings, double bedroom with a large bathroom with a tub/shower. Everything is large and roomy and can be comfortable for disabled guests as well.  You will also find your private gym nearby with its independent entrance.

Stepping away from the tower you will find three large cottages, each a king sized suite with its own bathroom with shower stall, large living room with pull out sofa, facing the gardens and pool. They all have large furnished terraces perfect for taking in the gorgeous sunsets. Two of these cottages can be connecting  creating a two bedroom single space ideal for families with small children.

There is a fourth suite further into the garden area also with its own bathroom with shower stall and upon request can be set up for disabled guests.

Distances: 3 minute drive to Gallipoli that has all the things you will need daily; bars, restaurants etc.; 1 km from sandy beach with or without beach club; 4km from a variety of other beaches; 40 km from Lecce city of art; 70 km from airport in Brindisi.
