On the opposite side of the estate, near the entrance, Cottage 3 extends over a single floor (ground floor) and offers two separate double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom features a bath and shower, and the bed is 170 x 190 cm. The other bedroom has a shower and the bed is 160 x 190 cm. Both rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant furnishings, providing a sense of comfort, with external access leading to the expansive gardens.
