With unparalleled views over the crystal-clear waters of the sea, this exceptional villa accommodates up to fourteen guests across six bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one room with two bunk beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom, spread over two floors.

Overlooking the sea, the villa features a large pool heated by a solar thermal system and a poolside area with sun loungers, parasols, and hot showers. The pool includes hydrojets for relaxation. The property boasts a beautifully maintained garden and provides direct access to the beach via a sloping sandy path, just 150 metres away. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a spacious terrace and an al fresco dining area with a barbecue. Additionally, there is a shaded relaxation area with a wooden gazebo.

Completely restored in 2011, the villa features six bedrooms.
