Because of its elegance, over the years Capalbio has become a holiday destination for the elite, drawn by the evocative atmosphere in the streets and the ancient castle that dominates the valley below.

This territory hosts a wealth of attractions from the inland areas all the way to the coast, where high cliffs are alternated with little beaches and coves. Boasting bespoke finishes, contemporary décor and incredible attention to detail throughout, this elegant recently-built villa offers generous and airy spaces ideal for large-scale entertaining. Villa Dell’Artista can accommodate up to eleven guests, featuring six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms spread over three floors. The charming views of the surrounding countryside instantly give a sense of peace and calm, making Villa Dell’Artista the perfect place for relaxing under the Tuscan sun.

Immersed in a land of nine hectares, the villa boasts an exceptional infinity salt-water pool (4.5 x 20 meters, heated on request) with counter-current system and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and a large wooden pergola providing plenty of shade on hot summer days. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the area beside the pool represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. The garden also features multiple al fresco lounge areas and generous dining areas where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian dishes and unforgettable sunsets.

From the garden, guests can access the entrance hall leading to the generous combined living and dining room on the ground floor, which is divided into two seating areas furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a magnificent dining space with a large wood-plank table: the low wall dividing the spacious salone acts like a theatre curtain, while the high pitched ceiling creates a luminous and airy atmosphere. Against the otherwise neutral backdrop of white walls are textural natural fibers such as bamboo or sheer linen curtains, with bursts of color coming from an eclectic mix of contemporary art. The dining area flows into a spacious professional kitchen which boasts all the amenities you might need for your stay.

On the same floor you will also find a second fully-equipped kitchen at the guests’ disposal to ensure the most comfortable stay. The ground floor also boasts two spacious double bedrooms which are separated by a cozy living room complete with satellite TV opening onto the porch overlooking the garden. Each bedroom features a comfortable wrought-iron bed and en-suite bathroom, one with shower and one with tub. Accessed by a magnificent white stairwell, the first floor houses two double bedrooms featuring en-suite bathroom (one with bathtub and one with shower and tub) and direct access to a private terrace featuring a comfortable double bed under a pergola and incredible views.

Three more en-suite bedrooms, one of which is reserved for the staff, can be found on the garden level. One bedroom features twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, and one features twin beds, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in bathtub. Separated by a cozy living room, both bedrooms boast plenty of light and direct access to the garden.
