The gorgeous irregular shaped 15 x 8 m. pool peeks down to the Mediterranean Sea spilling out for the fishing village cum chic resort of Porto Ercole. Enjoy cocktails on the large wraparound veranda also offering breathtaking views and cool sea breezes. Stay outside for dinner prepared especially for you by a wonderful local chef then stroll through the gardens and sip your digestive or espresso in the little sitting niches you will discover hidden here and there. Then retire to your fantastically Italian designed bedroom to relax in full air conditioned comfort or opt to open the window to have the lapping sea sounds and the salty sea air lull you to a restful sleep.

Enter the through your private gated entrance up to the veranda where beautiful French doors open into a large living area including a lounge area, a TV room and a play room with fun indoor games. Continuing on you will find a formal dining room and a more formal foyer with entrance.  The kitchen is located in the rear with direct garden access to facilitate outdoor dining. There is a full laundry room and the caretaker apartment for easy service access and maintenance of unobtrusively.

From the main living room there is a doorway into the bedroom area where you will find five double bedrooms.

The master bedroom has TV and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi; then there are an additional four bedrooms; two twin bedrooms and a double each with en suite bathrooms with shower stalls and another double bedroom with a hall bath also with shower stall. The twin with two single beds and en suite bath is on a higher floor on a wide terrace and has internal and external private access.
