After being used as a private family property until 1981, the villa was purchased in 1995 by the current owner who immediately set out to complete the enormous task of restoring the villa to its former glory, turning it into the opulent and exclusive venue that it is today.

The villa was meticulously restored using original materials and traditional methods whenever possible. The result is an eclectic yet harmonious mix of authentic and original artifacts combined with personal flair, including a unique Bluthner piano from 1865 that is in the fireplace hall. On the same floor you will also find a laundry room (staff use only). The first floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining room complete with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a dining table that can seat up to six guests. On this floor you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen. However, guests are kindly asked to use the kitchen of Wing B for safety reasons, as it features an induction hob. On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub).

Wing B (2 Double Bedrooms + 2 Double Sofa Beds): On the ground floor of Wing B, in addition to the entrance, there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a generous living room with a window that opens onto the park. In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed. On the first floor are the dining room and the kitchen complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, and all the accessories our guests may want. Guests are kindly asked to use the kitchen of Wing B for safety reasons, as it features an induction hob.

On the second floor of Wing B there is the master bedroom (double bedroom) with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a cozy room with a bed for a child up to ten years old. On the third floor, you will find a small terrace where you can have wonderful breakfasts with a breathtaking 180-degree view of Lake Como, a double bedroom with private bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed.

Overwater Loft (1 Double Bedroom; On Request): Blessed by its waterfront location, the overwater loft is independent from the main villa. Characterized by original stone walls and whitewashed wooden beams, the loft features a king-size round bed, a large table, a bathroom with shower, an overwater terrace, a cozy garden, and a berth directly below the structure from which it is possible to directly access the lake. In the overwater loft, you will also find a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. A six-meter fully-retractable glass window allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of Como whatever the time of day or night.
