Not only is there a lot to do in town and on the beach, but the architecture of Forte dei Marmi is striking with a statue from the 16th century made of marble from the Apuan Alps and fortress built by King Leopold I located in the center of Piazza Garibaldi.

Staying at the Property 10519 is really pleasant, thanks to large spaces inside, ideal for a holiday with friends or a family reunion in respect of the mutual need for privacy. It will be very nice, before to enter the villa, to pass through the garden featured a vast green carpet of dense tufts of grass and herbs in every corner, giving off a heady scent. Just a few steps from the main entrance is the swimming pool equipped with armchairs, chairs and umbrella and completely fenced, right for small children.

Entering the villa, on the ground floor  we have a very bright hall, a living room with armchairs and sofas, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, a guest bathroom, two double bedrooms each with private bathroom (one with jacuzzi bath-tub and shower - one with bath-tub). A single room with bath/shower.

A fine marble staircase leads to the second floor. Here we find a living with a corner sofa and a small panoramic terrace equipped with a table and chairs. On the same floor we find a double bedroom with bathroom (bath-tub), two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.
