The Property
Located in the prestigious Roma Imperiale area, Property 10299 is a property of historical significance, mentioned in the historical books of Forte dei Marmi for its charm and the aristocratic families who once resided here. With its expansive grounds, classic interior design, and unmatched privacy, Property 10299 remains one of the most exclusive villas in Forte dei Marmi, offering a luxurious retreat for up to thirteen guests in seven bedrooms: six bedrooms in the main villa and one additional bedroom in the annex.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a vast park filled with lush plants and pine trees. To the right, a large pool is strategically placed to ensure maximum privacy. A gazebo equipped with a dining table and barbecue area provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals. The expansive flat garden encircles the villa, featuring a manicured lawn and a table tennis area. The villa, with its elegant white façade, is set against the backdrop of this meticulously maintained landscape, and it spreads over two levels.

From the main entrance, the villa opens into two living rooms on the left, separated by an open fireplace, and a dining room on the right, furnished with an extendable table and chairs. Two long corridors extend from the living rooms. The first corridor leads to a fully-equipped kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom, and two bedrooms (one single and one twin) that share an external bathroom. The second corridor provides access to a powder room and a marble staircase that leads to the upper floor.
