Forte dei Marmi has always been one of the most famous destination in the world for holidays. Since the end of 1700 nobles from all over Europe, diplomats, businessmen, artists and famous people have rented or built beautiful villas hidden and protected by the green of the pine forest, choosing its fine sands to spend their holiday destination. In addition to the beauty of its beaches, gardens and its historic center, Forte dei Marmi is also famous for its elegance and sophistication, begun very famous all over the world with the Dolce Vite lifestyle of '60ies. Its bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques attract tourists from all the world, thanks also to the nearby cities of Florence, Pisa, Arezzo. But what makes Forte dei Marmi unique is its relaxing atmosphere, given by the wide open spaces, the pinewoods, bike rides along the avenues, the elegant beaches, the silences and the relaxing moments to meet friends for a drink after a quiet day at the sun.

In this atmosphere VILLA LILIANA is set up, just 500 meters from the beach. The villa is sourrounded by a manicured garden of 2000 sq. m. there we have a large parking car, a lawn with old olive trees, a patio that runs along the house, a barbecue for al fresco dinners.

The villa is based on three levels:
On the ground floor the doorway introduces to the living room consisting of a sofa area and a small table with chairs. On the opposite side of the dining area there is a table for 8/10 people.
Then we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances: freezer-fridge, oven, dishwasher. A powder room is available for guests. A single bedroom for staff with a shower and a twin room with shower. Laundry area with washing machine and ironing.
A fine marble staircase leads to the second floor. It is made up of: two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom shower; a double room with en suite bath (tub / shower); a double room with bath / shower. All bathrooms are newest, spacious and bright, made of fine marble.
Finally we descend from the ground floor in the basement where is another kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a dining room with table for more than 10 people and a living area with a sofa, armchairs and tv area.
The interior is featured by large spaces in a sober and practical style. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The nearest shopping center is only 50 meters away from the villa.
