Located just ten minutes from the famous Piazzetta of Capri, Property 1651263726 is the perfect hideaway for those seeking privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of the island. With a superb position overlooking the Bay of Naples, this bright villa features a panoramic terrace, a small pool, and an abundance of natural light. All accommodation is on one level, and Property 1651263726 can accommodate four guests in two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus two additional guests on a double sofa bed.

From the entrance gate, a flight of steps leads to the villa. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views over the sea, the villa boasts an exclusive terrace with a small pool and a poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. On the terrace, under the shade of a pergola, there is a large table for al fresco dining and a lounge area with sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socialising.

Near the stairs on this floor, you will also find an additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. A few steps down lead to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, located on a lower level. Please note that this bedroom is very basic and is more suitable for staff or a babysitter. Additionally, please be aware that there are approximately twenty steps to reach the villa, and as such, it is not suitable for disabled or elderly guests.
