Perched dramatically on a cliffside in the charming town of Praiano, Property 481 is a prestigious 19th-century residence offering uninterrupted views across the Tyrrhenian Sea, stretching from Positano all the way to Capri. With refined architecture, historical charm, and direct beach access, this luxurious estate embodies the elegance and romance of the Amalfi Coast. Property 481 accommodates up to 25 guests across nine beautifully appointed bedrooms located in the main villa and three separate guesthouses.

Overlooking the sea, the heated, kidney-shaped pool and its terrace invite guests to unwind. The sunken Jacuzzi offers a quiet spot to relax, shaded by a pergola woven with climbing plants. There is also a small outdoor gym area, tucked under another leafy pergola. An ornamental pond and lush terraced gardens add to the villa’s charm, while the direct beach access allows guests to easily reach it for refreshing swims. The beach is not private, but a beach club is nearby. For dining outdoors, a terrace provides a peaceful setting overlooking the sea.

Inside, period artwork, quality wooden furnishings, and Renaissance-inspired touches enhance the classic interiors. The open-plan living and dining area includes a large sofa facing a traditional fireplace, while a beautiful indoor tree subtly divides the space. Main Villa (6 Bedrooms):
The main villa comprises six beautifully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 17 guests in total: 12 guests in six double bedrooms, with space for 1 additional guest in a single bed and 4 more on two comfortable double sofa beds. On the ground floor, guests will find two elegant double bedrooms: one with a standard double bed, and the other with a queen-size bed, a charming fireplace, and direct access to the furnished terrace. These two rooms share a spacious and well-equipped bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms. The Master Suite offers a king-size bed, private oceanfront terrace, large en-suite with tub and shower, and an adjoining dressing room with a single bed. The White Suite features a queen-size bed and a luxurious en-suite with panoramic sea views. Another queen double bedroom with private terrace and dedicated bathroom completes the floor. On the top level, the Grandchildren’s Room is a spacious loft with a queen bed, two double sofa beds, and an en-suite bathroom.

Pool House (1 Bedroom) + Tower Suite (1 Bedroom) + Beach House (1 Bedroom):
Three guesthouses offer extra space. The Pool House sleeps 4, with a king-size bedroom overlooking the sea, an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, and a double sofa bed. The Tower Suite, separate from the main villa, is perfect for 2, with a queen-size bedroom, fireplace, and a bathroom on the lower level, reached via a spiral staircase. The Beach House, set 170 steps below the pool, also sleeps 2 and features a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a breakfast kitchen, and a private terrace with sea views.
