Fully renovated in 2010, very nice, luxurious, stylish and cosy furnished, Property 473 offers the possibility to rent the "entire villa" exclusively, with its rooms and suites. The villa’s staff also efficiently deal companies specialising in ceremonies and events, provideing live music, catering service and other forms of enteirnment such us may be required. Property 473 can accomodate at the moment up to 18 people. 

The Villa stands on the Sorrento peninsula in Marciano, a small village of Massa Lubrense, a unique location for tradition and natural beauty, renowned for its cuisine. Due to its location, Massa Lubrense is a short distance away from Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Pompei.

The 3 levels Property 473 is composed of a reception area for guests, a wide and panoramic terrace solarium, an exterior lounge, and a playground for children, as well as parking space for 5 cars. Undeniably the focal point of this resort is the dominating swimming pool, surrounded by a large, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, plants, flowers, olive and citrus trees. We can also offer transfers from Naples Capodichino Airport and excursions around the peninsula and Riviera, however we do recommend that you hire a car.
