The estate consist of a main villa and a guest house.

Main House: Four living rooms, two with fireplaces, large kitchen divided into two rooms, one for cooking, the other for storing and appliances, out of the guests’ view; 1 twin  and 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The two story guest house has been completed in 2012 with three bedrooms en suite, with a gym and chill out area on the ground floor. Sitting room, bar and kitchenette in the loft. Built-in air conditioning in all bedrooms.

An infinity 52,5 x 16,5 feet heated jet stream swimming pool especially built to take delight of the landscape, will leave you an unforgettable and unrepeatable impression. In summer the water temperature naturally reaches 86°F in sunny days and in mid season you can enjoy a mild temperature of the pool at no cost.
