Surrounded by a lush garden, the masseria boasts an exceptional heated pool and a generous poolside area furnished with sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa boasts an outdoor shaded gym complete with modern Technogym equipment. With gorgeous views of the surrounding olive groves, the garden also features yoga mats and bikes for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests. The outdoor area is equipped with wireless Internet access.

Flooded with natural light, the interior living space boasts original stone floors, perfectly preserved rustic stairs and traditional Apulian ceilings. The three suites on the ground floor have direct and private access to the garden. On the first floor you will find the other two suites. The two suites on the first floor boast a large terrace overlooking the sea, independent access and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the suites features a living room with a single sofa bed for one extra guest. Each suite has TV with international satellite channels and air conditioning.
