As almost all our best villas this house has a long story to tell. Dating back to the XVIII century, Property 519 was built by an ancestor of the current owner as holiday home. For a long time it was a peaceful place where spend a relaxing holiday with the best friends or relatives. Just three nice and cozy bedrooms set in an hydillic place far from the caos and the noise of the towns, but only fewest minutes to the most famous places in Tuscany: 7/8 min by car to Lucca, 35 min. to the beaches of Versilia, 1 h to Florence and something less to Pisa, 1h and 15 min to Portofino. 2 airports are at less than 1 hour: Florence 50 min, Pisa 30 min. 

Property 519 (250 sq. m.) is fully surrounded by a lush vegetation with a lot of tones of green, as you can’t imagine! Around the villa an elegant lawn lays, there you’ll find a great variety of plants and flowers, all around the wood with long pine trees and enormous chestnut trees and oaks. Into to the woods a small path stretchs out up to a fall where a stream has origin, in a fresh and unusual enviroment, even in the hottest season. The villa is equipped by a lovely pool of 12,2 m. x 6 m., with shower and a dressing room. Close to the pool there is a pergola covered by grape vine with a table and chairs. The villa is also equipped by a efficient barbecue and a wood oven for Pizza and grills! 

Accommodation. The house has large and tick wall-stones that protect the interior against the hot during the Summer and the cold during the Winter. The villa is based on two levels. On the ground floor the main access will introduce you in a cozy and large living room divided in two parts, each with a fireplace, sofas and sought furnishings in a typical Tuscan classic style. A flat screen sat tv is in the living, the large equipped kitchen has a table for 6 persons and all the modern tools: dishwasher, electric oven, espresso coffee machine etc. Close to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a fridge. From the kitchen and the living room you’ll enter in the winter garden verandah heated during the cold season and with a dining table good for 10/12 people. On second floor there is: a master-bedroom with a canopy bed, a tv and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with en-suite bath, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. All the furnishings are authentic and antiques, as the ceiling with the wooden beams or the floor with cotto tiles. Just the bedrooms have the moquette. The soft tones of the walles in the bedrooms, the many windows all around, the light spots in every conrner makes pleasant and well lit all the house.
