The Property

Set just 150 meters from a white-sand beach on the Northern coast of Sardinia, Property 534 boasts modern furnishings, bespoke finishes and incredible attention to detail to create an exclusive and relaxing retreat in one of the most popular areas in Sardinia. Offering unparalleled views over the crystal-clear waters of the sea, this exceptional villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests, featuring six bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one room with two bunk beds) with en-suite bathroom spread over two floors.

Overlooking the sea, the villa boasts a large pool heated by solar panels and a poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, parasols and hot showers. the villa boasts an exquisitely-kept garden. From the garden, a short private path leads to the beach. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa boasts a generous terrace furnished with comfortable sofas. Offering a calm atmosphere, the outdoor area also features an al fresco dining area with barbecue where guests can intimately enjoy traditional Italian dishes.

Completely restored in 2011, the villa boasts six bedrooms. The upper floor boasts a generous living room with dining area and a modern fully-equipped kitchen featuring microwave, electric oven and dish washer. On the upper floor you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace. The lower floor features five bedrooms: four double bedrooms and one room with two bunk beds. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also find a laundry room.
