You can also reach the villla with a private elevator that connects the harbour below to the pedestrian cobbled path 300 mt / 880 ft from the villa´s gate.

Portofino, a picturesque harbour village, known as "The pearl of Tigullio", is renowed through the world thanks to the exceptional beauty of the deep blue sea, the luxurious mediterranean flora and the famous "piazzetta" (small square) with its exclusive boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The pink coloured Property 259 is immersed in the dense greenery of a terrace olive grove and offers you a striking view over the bay. Although the Villa is high above the sea, about 150 steps down, you can walk to a private stone platform for a lovely dip in the sea. 

Rooms On two levels Property 259, built in the traditional ligurian style with slate roof and green shutters, has a large terrace shaded by a century old wisteria tree. It is furnished with elegance in a contemporary style. 400 Sq. m. / 4306 Sq. Ft. the living area ; 2000 Sq. m. / 21530 Sq. Ft. the garden area.
On the upper level: a large luminous living room, with a french window open to the wisteria terrace; a formal dining room and kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, gas cookery and oven). The living room leads to a studio and the sleeping area. On the right side, overlooking the sea, there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single room. On the other side there are two bathrooms (one with tub, the other with shower) and another double sleeping room.
The lower level, usually used for guest and children, has a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub. Also a laundry and the service room with its own bathroom. 

Terrace Property 259 features two fantastic terraces as well as a rocky outcrop which can be used as a private bathing location. The extensive main terrace on the upper level is connected to the living room by a sliding glass door and comprises the heart of the villa. A magnificent century-old Wisteria pergola provides shade. From here one has an impressive view of the bay. An even better view is available from the upper terrace which is situated on a rocky ledge.
