In just one hour by car, you can easily reach Siena, the medieval walled city famous for the twice annual Palio horse race. You could spend hours wandering through the warren-like maze of streets that branch out from Piazza del Campo, the shell-shaped public square crowned by an iconic bell tower. In just one hour by car, you can also reach Florence, a treasure trove of art with an astonishing contemporary vibe. Beyond the extraordinary artistic heritage, the best way to enjoy Florence is to stroll along the riverside avenues at sunset or to get lost among the city’s alleyways of the Oltrarno.

In just one hour by car, you can also reach San Gimignano, one of Italy’s best-preserved medieval villages.The historic center was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, and strolling through the cobblestoned streets will make you feel like you have stepped back in time. For beautiful bowls, vases, and other decorative items made of alabaster, head to Volterra: the town is known for its alabaster workshops, like Rossi Alabastri, which you can visit to learn more about the craft. In less than two hours by car, you can reach Chianciano Terme, one of Tuscany’s largest thermal baths. The Chianciano thermal area has five springs, with waters of differing mineral compositions and temperatures, suited for different treatments. If you are not here for the waters, probably the most interesting part of Chianciano is the old town, which lies to the north. In less than two hours by car, you can also reach Pisa, famous for its iconic Leaning Tower. The main sights are located in Piazza Del Duomo, also known as Piazza dei Miracoli, which comprises the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Camposanto Monumentale and the Bell Tower.

The Property
Offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Property 10433 enjoys a privileged position between Florence and Siena, providing a charming retreat for those seeking complete relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. The villa boasts the atmosphere of a traditional 13th-century farmhouse, an exceptional pool and an exclusive tennis court. Surrounded by ten hectares of olive groves, vineyards and gardens, Property 10433 can accommodate up to eleven guests in six bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 3 twin rooms, 1 single room) spread over two levels.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional stone-lined pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. The outdoor area also features an exclusive bocce court, al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socializing, a spacious dining area on the veranda for more refined occasions, and an exclusive tennis court.

The interior living space is an appealing blend of comfort and elegance. One can either choose to eat in the spacious dining room or for more informal meals there is the fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. Without any doubt, eating al fresco on the veranda is the most popular choice. When the evening falls, the ground floor offers a sitting room, a billiard room, or you can relax in the spacious library on the first floor. On the ground floor you will also find a convenient half bathroom. The villa features six bedrooms spread over the mezzanine level and the first floor.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the mezzanine level features a single room with en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. On the first level you will find an exceptional master bedroom featuring en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower, a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, a twin room (which can be transformed into a double bedroom) with en-suite bathroom with shower, and two twin rooms (which can be transformed into double bedrooms) sharing a bathroom with tub/shower. On the same floor you will also find a library.

Please note that a couple lives in a separate building located a few meters from the villa. The lady is the Chef of the villa. Privacy to guests is guaranteed. From 2023, an annex with a double bedroom for two additional guests is available on request at an extra cost. The annex features a lounge area, a double bedroom (which, on request, can be converted into a twin room) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
