Wander the ancient streets of the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio and experience the newest area of Florence, the Oltrarno. After having climbed all the steps up to the top of the tower to admire the breathtaking view of the town, continue your visit to other monuments in the marvelous Piazza dei Miracoli, such as the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Monumental Cemetery.

The Property
Surrounded by nature and immersed in a landscape of outstanding beauty characterized by gentle hills, Property 10369 provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and pure relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Offering the warmness and atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, Property 10369 can accommodate up to twelve guests featuring six comfortable bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one twin room) with bathroom spread across the main villa and the dépendance: five bedrooms in the main villa, one bedroom in the dépendance.

Immersed in lush garden , the villa boasts a magnificent pool with Jacuzzi and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and large parasols providing plenty of shade. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and overlooking the Chianti hills, this exceptional area beside the pool represents the perfect place for enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. The patio also features a generous al fresco dining area with a large table under the shade of a pergola where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Tuscan climate.

On the ground floor of the main villa, the interior living space is furnished with comfortable sofas offering plenty of seating: as the evening falls, sit around the fireplace and relax while enjoying a glass of Chianti wine. The ground floor also houses a spacious dining room and two fully-equipped kitchens with all the amenities you might need during your stay. In the main villa you will find five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one twin room) spread over two floors: the ground floor houses one double bedroom, while the upper floor houses four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one twin room). Each room has en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have Jacuzzi tub, the other bathrooms have shower.

In the dépendance you will find one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The dépendance has two floors and features a cozy sitting area complete with fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a comfortable double bedroom.
