The villa has 2 access: directly from the road, it is really useful if you would reach the villa by taxi, 20 steps lead up to the main entrance gate and an alleyway leads through a luxurious garden among tall pine trees, lemon trees, cypress trees and bouganvilleas. Or you can access by the pedestrian shortcut that allows to reach the Piazzetta in 3 min.
From the main garden, 10 steps take you up to the main terrace where is located the wonderful pool (14 mt x 5 mt). Right in front of one of the 3 houses. From there you can see all the compund and all the layout of the property, the Italian style garden with flowers, the jasmines growing up on the columns and the walls, white roses and oleander trees. The villa came into its current owner’s family in the early 20th century and its elegance and exclusivity makes it one of the most desirable properties on the island of Capri.
