This  villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the Piazzetta (main square) and the center of Capri in the area of Tuoro. Fantastic, panoramic views over the entire town and the Bay of Marina Piccola can be enjoyed from any point along the property. Il Property 130 is reached by following a small, pedestrian walkway leading from the main square, though the historical center of Capri. Once you reach the foot of the property, 109 steps take you from the path up to the main entrance of the property. From the gate you go up for 20 flights to reach the main villa and the pool area. However, the panoramic views, its perfumed gardens, and the multi-level terraces and pool deck are worth the walk, as the property takes advantage of an enormous, outdoor space (approx. 6,000 square feet). 

Description:Ground floor: The main entrance door leads into the living room furnished with 2 sofas seating 3 people and a fireplace. The living room is adorned by pieces of antique wooden furniture and beautiful paintings. The living room opens into the dining area, which is furnished with a large dining room table seating 8 people. 3 large windows face the beautiful garden and another door will lead into a open ir dining area with a marble tble up to 10 seats. The kitchen, also located on the ground floor, next to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-range stovetop, and an oven. The ground floor also offers a laundry room with a washing machine and half bathroom. Passing through a corridor you’ll reach the sleeping area. The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A first, double bedroom with a large windows has a large wardrobe and a private balcony with an incredible view on the sea, Marina Grande and the centre of Capri. The second bedroom is a double bedroom has access onto a small terrace through a set of French doors, there you can have your breakfast or read a book admiring the great views. The third double bedroom offers twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and a small window. On the same floor there are two bathroom with shower and wc. From the main access 10 steps will lead to a little path going around the lower part of the villa, there is a little room just for the staff with a private bath. In the garden at 20 mt to the pool there is a nice and independent cottage with a suite with en-suite bathroom. The dependance has a double bedroom and a little living with a sofa. The room is very well lit from two French windows, which face on the lush vegetation. From the living you’ll pass into a private terrace offering a beautiful sea view. The terrace is equipped with a table and seats.

Terraces and pool area: 10 steps will lead up to a large paved terrace, where the pool and outdoor shower are located. The swimming pool (8x4 meters x 2,5mt deep) is set in an amazingly panoramic position overlooking the island. The garden is planted with geranium plants and offers a corner equipped with sun umbrellas, tables, and chairs. wherefrom you can admire wonderful views of different parts of Capri: Castiglione, Monte di Capri, the Charter house of San Giacomo, and the Bay of Marina Piccola. The views are gorgeous, especially at night when the entire village is lit. The property offers enchanting views and a very romantic atmosphere.

Garden: A path of steps leads up through a very cured terrace garden, situated on several different levels. The garden is planted with a wonderful mix of trees, plants, island flowers. A wide pine forest surrounds the property.

Access: Approximately 20 steps and a slope of 20 little and not steep flights leads from the gate at the entrance of the property up to the main entrance. Total 109 steps leads from the walking path up to the entrance door.
