Located in the heart of Positano, this elegant six-bedroom villa is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Property 10626 boasts a generous panoramic terrace and sweeping views, providing the ultimate retreat on the Amalfi Coast. The Sorrentine Peninsula juts into the sea like a pointing finger, its rugged shores sprinkled with some of Italy’s most spectacular beaches, its bucolic interior molded by the limestone Monti Lattari.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Color is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach and the gleaming Majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses built up from the waterside, accessible to one another via an endless array of steep stairs, boast pale sorbet colors. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves up and down the coast.

The center of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs.But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. Located in the picturesque hilltop town of Positano, Property 10626 boasts a generous fully-furnished terrace and expansive panoramic views, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners on the Amalfi Coast. Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this recently-renovated villa features stylish contemporary furnishings and plenty of light. Property 10626 can accommodate up to twelve guests featuring six bedrooms (five double bedrooms and one twin room) spread over three floors.

With spectacular views of the town and the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, this elegant villa boasts generous terraces and idyllic spots for basking in the sun and enjoying the sea breeze. Offering a calm atmosphere, the villa features an exceptional swimming pool with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views over Punta Reginella. The villa also features an extra heated outdoor tub for innovative wine-therapy anti-oxidant treatments (on request) using the active substances contained in wine and grapes.

The generous sun-kissed terrace around the swimming pool is equipped with a large table and seating for twelve guests, comfortable benches, sun loungers for basking in the sun and parasols providing plenty of shade on hot summer days. From the spacious terrace, you will enjoy stunning views over the crystal-clear waters of the sea and the charming town of Positano. Offering a calm atmosphere, the terrace and the swimming pool can be accessed directly from each floor of the villa.

The villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchens, which is accessed from the living room and leads onto the main terrace. On the same floor you will find two bright and spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas. The living rooms open out onto private terraces. On this floor you will also find a generous and well-equipped gym. Fitness lovers will be able to keep up with their workout regimen without leaving the comfort of their villa. There is also a fourth bathroom with shower, which is situated next to the gym.

Flooded with light, the first floor of the villa boasts two double bedrooms with a lovely private balcony equipped with table and chairs and stunning views of the sea and Positano. On the same floor you will find three bathrooms, one with shower and two with hydro-massage shower. All bathrooms are accessible from the hallway. The ground floor houses a third double bedroom, which can be reached from the living room, and a twin room which can be reached from the hallway. These two bedrooms share a terrace.

The first floor offers a large, airy living room with furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs and access to the main terrace with the pool. On the first floor you will find two fully-equipped kitchens. On the same floor you will find a bathroom with shower.The second floor houses the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The bedrooms have access to a shared terrace. On this floor there is a sixth bathroom with shower and a seventh en-suite bathroom with chromo-therapy.

Property 10626 boasts air conditioning throughout the villa (except in the kitchens and the bathrooms), heating and wireless Internet access. The villa includes a private parking space for up to four cars which is accessible from the main street and equipped with a private elevator leading to the different levels of the property. There are also ten steps leading up to the villa from the main street. It is one of the few villas on the Amalfi Coast that can be accessed without having to climb too many steps.
