Property 10360is perched above the Gulf of Salerno right next to Ravello overlooking the entire breathtaking coast. While fully accessible to all the Sorrento/Amalfi Peninsula has to offer it is completely hidden and offers peace, privacy and one hundred percent relaxation. A magical vibe permeates the entire property from the breezy terraces to the panoramic wisteria covered pergolas to the comfy canopied beds.

There is about 500 square meters (5400 sq. ft.) of living space set within a 4000 square meter (1 acre) property with finely manicured gardens, stone terraces with quaint water wells, panoramic patios and classic Italian lemon and olive trees abound.

The 7x4 meter pool is accompanied by a whirlpool and an artificial turf playing field to play basketball, badminton, ping-pong, or five against five soccer, plus a plentiful vegetable garden providing organic produce for the kitchen. There is something for everyone and if you choose, you will never need or want to leave the Villa!

All rooms and living areas have central heating, air conditioning, telephones, digital and satellite TV, ADSL broadband and access to the digital archive with HD films and music.

The den has a home theater entertainment system, with movie screen-sized video and surround sound multi-channel audio, a musical instrument area (keyboards and electric piano, guitars), video-game console, computer with printers, fax, scanner and photocopier, a well-stocked library featuring literary classics, including children’s books, and a film library with hundreds of movies, operas and concerts in high definition Blu-ray. The Villa has a modern security system including alarms and a safe.

Enter the villa along a charming path with about 20 steps and enter through the Ground Floor where you will find a hallway leading to a small living room featuring huge picture windows overlooking the winter garden with sea views.  There is an eat in kitchen leading to a luxurious terrace with hanging gardens, outdoor sofas and club chairs. Beyond you will find an expansive living room with formal dining area and French doors leading to the terrace, plus a powder room.

Up on the first floor you will find the bedrooms which also have direct garden access.

The Blue Suite has its own living room with working fireplace, garden access, queen bed, Turkish bath with hydro massage shower and chroma-therapy, bathtub with panoramic view.

The Pink Suite has a sitting room with a wide single sofa bed, queen bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a hydro massage shower and access to the panoramic terrace.

The Travelers’ Suite is a queen sized bedroom with a desk and garden access with adjoining single bedroom with a separate garden entrance plus en suite bathroom with shower stall.

The Green Suite is a queen bedroom with a hidden passageway leading to the attic loft living room with its own bathroom with tub.  There is also another bathroom with corridor access on the First floor with a multipurpose shower offering spa effects.

The second floor as mentioned is a modern attic loft with access directly from the garden or from the green suite.  It can be dedicated to the green suite guests or can be a common space with its comfortable sofas and fun bathroom with cast iron tub plus a laundry room.
