Located near the heart of Positano, this elegant villa is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Property 10292 features a spacious panoramic terrace and sweeping views of the sea, providing the ultimate retreat on the Amalfi Coast. The Sorrentine Peninsula juts into the sea like a pointing finger, its rugged shores sprinkled with some of Italy’s most spectacular beaches, its bucolic interior molded by the limestone Monti Lattari.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Color is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach and the gleaming Majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses built up from the waterside, accessible to one another via an endless array of steep stairs, boast pale sorbet colors. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves up and down the coast.

The center of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs. But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. Offering an impressive sense of elegance, Property 10292 can accommodate up to sixteen guests (plus four extra guests) featuring eight double bedrooms (plus two extra rooms on request) with en-suite bathroom spread over four floors.

With spectacular views of the town below and the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, this historic villa boasts generous terraces for basking in the sun and enjoying the orange-scented breeze. Flooded with light, the ground floor of the villa boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with pizza oven and all the amenities you might need during your stay, a spacious dining room with large dining table, and a bright living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating. The garden and the pool area are accessible from this level and are the perfect retreat to sunbathe or just sip a cocktail while enjoying the sea breeze.

The upper floor houses four generous double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace. Each bedroom boasts wonderful views of the sea. On the lower floor of the villa you will find four comfortable double bedrooms, each with large en-suite bathroom with shower, spectacular views of the sea and direct access to a private terrace. On the top floor of the villa, which is available on request at an additional cost, you will find two spacious suites complete with sitting corner and a large en-suite bathroom with shower.
